Just uploaded the full action-oriented scenario for Grades 11–12 — "Une expérience décevante à Montréal". It includes the overview, both subtasks, grammar practice worksheets, and assessment rubrics. Perfect if you're working on passé composé and imparfait! 🗼

How do you all structure the "tâche finale" for A1 learners in Grade 5/6? I find the authentic task piece challenging when students have very limited vocabulary. Any strategies that have worked well for you? 🤔

How do you scaffold the tâche finale for A1 learners with limited vocabulary?
I find the authentic task piece challenging when students are at a very early A1 stage. Do you give them sentence frames? A word bank? I'd love to hear what's working in your classroom. 🤔

Great read from the Canadian Association of Second Language Teachers on how action-oriented approaches are reshaping FSL assessment across Ontario. Highly recommend for anyone preparing end-of-unit tasks. đź“°

My Grade 1/2 class after completing their first tâche authentique — making a "livre de classe" to introduce each other. So much pride in their faces! 📸✨
